The positive effects of this partnership are that they are willing to help people that needs it. They are training people for natural disasters. They are organizing blood drives. They are together trying to help anyone in a future. This is amazing, because the church is willing to help in everything they can to people, this is a good partnership. I don't see any negative effects! i think so..
