ReplyDeleteI think personal recommendation is an important part for finding a job. In these article, it mentions about one part "know whom to ask". I remembered years ago, I was looking for a job, and I needed to fill out the name of the person who gave me the recommendation and phone number in the resume. The company, which one interviewed me actually called the number that I left, and asked about my ability and attitude on my job. I was so glad that I wrote someone who knew me well, actually he was my former boss. I worked for him and we had good relationship. And my new boss told me that she received compliment about me from my former boss, that was why she hired me.
