    I think that if you want to diet, you need to exclude some foods, such as soda, hamburger, and french fries because junk food is not help your health and diet.

It will be held in Orem on Saturday, June 30 at 11 a.m. In addition, a nutritionist and community health educator will teach people the positives of healthy eating and living. Also, if people concentrate on why a food is good for people, they can gain more food.

  6. In my opinion it is not about food it is about nutrients. There is a wide list of food where we can found the nutrients that we need. We can exclude some food that have tons of calories and replace it for other meals with the quantity of calories and other proteins that we need. Not all foods have a place in balanced diet, but almost all of them have at least one nutrient or protein that our body need. Even if it is in a little portion. But we should look for meals that have the exactly balance of proteins for our bodies, so we will no have an unhealthy diet with meals that have unbalanced nutrients that our body don't need.

  10. I think it is better to exclude unhealthy food, fast food, soda, etc, form people's diet because they do no good to human body. Usually unhealthy food are human-made, they are not natural. God did not make those food for us so we should not eat them. I agree that all the natural food have a place in a balance diet, but unnatural food does not.

  11. The article talks about the 4th of July is coming, and most of people eat lots of junk food "chip and soda". There was an event on Saturday that taught people how they can eat healthier, It cost $25 per person, $45 a couple, but most of time it costs much more than that. I think we need to exclude some food in our routine diet, but having a little bit junk food once a while is acceptable, because sometimes we need to satisfy our "desire" for food.
