  1. The article talked about the students -feel good- favorite restaurants such as Subway, Cafe Rio and Yogurtland. Most of the restaurants now have a website to check out the nutritional content but we hardly take time to check this out. A student decide to change the normal tortilla to wheat to make her meal "healthier" not knowing that this tortilla has more calories that a pork serving.

  2. This article described misperception when students choose food at restaurants. Many students decide to eat food by just seeing nutrition charts. They don't care about other factors that they will add such as dressing and sauce although the latter factors make up more calories than the main food. The reporter said that students should make a wise decision when eating out.

  5. yes it happens now! i did not know that Cafe Rio Pork Barbacoa Salad was unhealthy, i thought was healthy but it is not.
i think that most of the people do this kind of mistake because they do not know about what they already eat. I think also, that this kind of problems are more focus for the woman because they want to have a good body and they try to get salads ( such as Cafe Rio Pork Barbacoa Sala) but they do not know how it is unhealthy like me.

  7. This article described students misperception of rating healthy when eating at restaurants.most restaurants show the nutritional information on site or online. but often meal broken up, so calorie count initially presented is different than the overall calorie count cheese and dressing. Nutritional menus can be helpful but students own opinions about the breakdown of their favorite meals.

  8. From the article, I find out it`s really difficult for American students to choose health food wisely in the restaurant. It is hard to find healthy food at all. I have not found out any food was not healthy when I was in China, we eat a lot of vegetables, and we do not use the dressing which include so much calories. We also do not know how much calories every dish have, but we know western fast food is not healthy.

  9. This article talk about food's nutrition, such as subway, cafe rio, and Yogurtland. For example, when many student think about salad's calories, they would think about vegetable, tomato, and potato. However it is their misperception because they need to think about cheese, dressings, and mayonnaise.

  10. I love Cafe Rio Salad, and I though it is pretty healthy. I know that usually dressing has lots of fat and high calories, so I always use as less dressing as I can when I eat salad. However, I did not know that tortilla has high calories too! No wonder that tortilla tasted so good by itself.

  11. The article talks about how people choose to eat healthy. However, the food that they choose is not as healthy as they thought. I have done a research about Cafe Rio before, I know actually it is not as healthy as we thought, even though people think it is made by fresh ingredients. But I didn't know that actually the half calories of a whole meal is come from tortilla. That means if you don't check the nutrition chart CAREFULLY, you might eat something you think it is health but actually it is not, even if you spend your time do check the nutrition chart.
