  1. When i came back to colombia in 2008 i passed for one situation that i was feeling bad and good at the same time. i was walking and one guy that was homeless asked me the money i passed him because in my city in Italy usually i did not see homeless, so i felt bad because i knew that i had everything that i wanted and this guy that maybe was four or five years younger than me did not have anything ask me the money that i had when i felt bad i come back to him and i gave all money that i had in that moment and i told him to eat and that does not buy drugs or something else, he said maybe ten times thank you and in that moment i felt good. Now i think that serve someone made you feel better.

  2. I like so much this article. I like the explanation about mother Teresa. She is a wonderful example. He explained that we can do small things and help others. It make a different right now. Small thing every day can be a big things. Also he explained that if we are busy with study, we can put the books away for an hour an visit someone who need help. Jennifer Bradford

  3. I remember one time a friend call me asking me to give him a ride, I had nothing to do, I was just being lazy in my house. He really needed someone to give him a ride to go to the doctor but I didn't wanted to go. So I decided not to take him and I stayed home to take a nap. When I was in my bed trying to sleep, I couldn't! I didn't sleep at all. I felt so bad for not taking him. In other opportunity I was assigned to visit a sister from the branch. When I got there I noticed that she was working in her backyard and she is pretty old so, I decided to help her do the hard work and, when we were done I felt so good, It was a feeling that I can't describe. Helping others is my favorite thing in the world now. That's why went on a LDS mission, to help those in need of a change of heart.
