  1. This article talks about the feminism at work. Especially, women worker have an important role as a mother in their family and a worker. Also, they are in dilema because they have a dream to pursue. Sometimes, they feel guilty since they can't spent time with their family. However, according to the article, they don't feel guilty because any choice isn't able to decide one's worth.

  2. I think it is possible but exhausting for women. For example, my mother is incredible. I admire her a lot because she have a great career, and she is also a mother that takes cares of her children. She has been always a role model. Even if we are growing she still is a mother and a wife. I sometimes disagree with her efforts i say "Mom let me help you" Or "Mom stop cooking for everyone". Unfortunately, my father is the type of men that doesn't cook or wash his own pants. Even if i help my mother she still has a lot to do at home to feed and take care of my dad. The point is that she works and take care of the family without problem. She is exhausted sometimes, but she can do everything. If i take her example i could say, it is very possible for women to balance their career and motherhood very effectively.

  3. This article talked about why feminism in the workforce isn't an either or option. Nowadays, a lot of women have job as mother. The women think how they can take care of their children as normal people because that is not easy to take care of child and work in the same time. Moreover, most of people think always men need to work outside like other guys, but we need to dismiss the idea. The bottom line is that we should figure it out how men and women can work together efficiently as long as take care of children.

  4. I think it is possible for women to balance careers and motherhood effectively, but it is very difficult. Before the children are old enough to go to school, women can be a stay home mom or work part time. Then women can go back to their careers latter when the children start to go to school.
