  1. This article talked about the theater for blind audiences in Baltimore, Maryland. The theater provides blind audiences with the chance to be familiar with the set and props by allowing them to touch those things. Blind audiences are satisfied with the consideration of the theater because they can form images more clearly without seeing a performance. Marcus Kidd is pleased to share the theater with "special" audiences.

  2. This article talks about a theater in Maryland for blind people and how they make blind people enjoy a play. A guy said that they see more with their brain than their eyes. Some of them go up the stage and touch the stuff they use during the play to become familiar with what they are listening to.

  3. I think they could do a little bit of effort to this special people. I think is something good, that is a good experience for blind people but even though they are not getting any profit of this activities, blind people would really appreciate it and that is something beautiful to do for them, if they really enjoy it of course. If Blind people think this activity is boring or not worth it, then these industries shouldn't make any effort.

  5. That`s so great that the entertainment industries can reach out those who are visually impaired or deaf. Those people are usually ignored by the whole social, people forget to care their feeling and demand. The company who get profit form people should have the responsibility to do some special thing to return social, not only focus on how to make money.

  7. This article was a video and I was really impressed how blind people can be in a theater by touching things. There was I man that was leading then and showing blind people the different objects. From my point of view I think that everyone needs opportunities to be happy even if they are disabled.
P.S: I'm glad to know that there are new things for disabled people.

  8. In my opinion, entertainment industies should make special efforts to reach out those who are blind or deaf because hearing and visually impaired people have the right to enjoy cultural life. For example, especially the theater should provide the special play with sign language.

  9. The article talks about many theaters provide and earphone to those people who are visually impaired. And one of the theaters in Maryland provide different show "touch tour" to help those audiences to enjoy the play and they have been doing this for years. They think touch tour will help to enhance the performance what they are using during the performance.

  10. I agree that entertainment industries should make special efforts to reach out those who are blind or deaf. A long time ago, I watched a video about a music concert made special efforts, so that deaf people can "listen" to the music by watching the movement of different color and light. i remember that those deaf people and their family were so happy and touched. The society should be more friendly to handicap.

  11. I think.. yes. Because people who are blind or deaf also deserve to enjoy the movie, concert, etc. They need to have the same fun as us.
