  1. The high foreclosure rate in Utah it a problem because it can cause the neighborhood houses run-down,and the worst part is it will have a far reaching for whole family which has house be foreclosed. The children could be displaced, and have no idea about education issue.NeighborWorks organization can help those people to get money dissolve the problem.

  2. I think the high rate of foreclosures in Utah is a problem because it means families have to leave their homes. I hope American government can do more to create jobs, and help people to be more self-reliant. On the other hand, people shouldn't buy a too expensive house, if they can pay for it. Randy Lin

  3. It is a big problem for utah because the people is affected, the communities are too, and these situation is stressing and horrible for anyone and the banks. I think banks should be more strict about this. In utah there should be more organizations that informs people about these situations and how to prevent it. I think most people in utah likes to spend their money, and don't think about the foreclosure. I know people here in utah that has a debt to pay but even though they are getting new cars and clothes always. So i think many people should change for their sake.
