  1. This artcle is interesting because in my city, we have wildfire every year. Sometime it happens because smokers dont care about how dangerous is a cigarette. Fortunately, government provides evacuation to families are close to the fire. We
must be prevented with food, oficial documents, clothes in order to leave home. Marjai

  2. I have fire fires in my country but as my country is rainy somedays the fire turns off easily and it doesn't las long. I think people who hikes should be careful, and also they shouldn't throw anything. Also there should be sprinklers to prevent extremely dry grass that could went on fire, and rangers that should be forewarn of forest fires.

  3. The article talks about the fire in Utah. Lots places were burning in Utah county, and from this experiences show how people help each other and come together. People were really grateful for what the firefighter did for them. We don't have forest fire in my country, at least I have never heard of it. I am not sure how people can prevent the fires here, but I think the main problem is the climate in Utah is too dry.

  5. We do have wild fire in my country. I think to prevent wild fire, open flame should not allowed, like smoking and BBQ. Also, there should be some one checks the forest regularly. During summer government should give citizens some fire protection lessons.

  8. Fortunately I don't have a forest near by my house, so we don't get fires like here in Utah. My country is always humid and I have heard of wild fires in the desert part of my country but still nothing to worry to much. But I think that something they should do to prevent them would be like a fire alarm program, certainly they will not prevent them because they just happen but they can be reduced whit time not allowing to much harm to the environment and the people around.

  9. I live in the southern part of Mexico and is rarely to have wildfires there maybe because is very humid. But in my opinion the government needs to alert people to be careful to making fires when they go on camping or people that use to smoke and throw the ashes in the dry grass.

It is required to expand the number of evacuation shelter.

  11. When I lived in Korea, I didn't saw a forest fire. However, I often watched a news about forest fire, so I know that the damage caused by the forest fire is extensive. I think that most fire causes a carelessness of people, so when we go to the mountains, we should care about fire.
