  1. The article describes the night light causes depression peolpe's daily life, and scientists did experipent on mice how the artificial light changes mood. The result proved that artificial light affects our mood (bright lights stimulate brain and make people stay awake during the night) and change the biorythm, as a result people feel lack of energy, and lower the learning ability.

I think that the best way to avoid this type of problems, people should wake up earlier and take a walk before start the work day or spend some time out during the day and not all day inside of work or school. I need to do that myself. Not going to bed so late. I didn't know I have this homework. I thought last week was the last one! Upppss.lol
