Skipping breakfast primes the brain to seek out fat

I strongly believe that it is very important to eat breakfast because is when you are sleep you bern a lot of calories and you have to get them back through breakfast thats what is going to keep you going on throughout the day. I have experiment not having breakfast and I cant give my all during the day.

  2. It said about skipping breakfast makes fatty, and getting worse. Actually, I was shocked, because I haven’t eaten breakfast since this semester begin. I feel always disgusted, and I have lunch a lot. I know it is so bad. But this is my daily routine. My answer is not very important to me eating breakfast. I think skipping breakfast is so bad, so it can affect my health. I will try to eat breakfast just little bit.

  3. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day for me. I totally agree with this article because when I don't eat breakfast or eat a very light breakfast, I get hungry really quick and I will crave sweets and carbs. I want to add that it is also important to include protein and fruit in the breakfast.

  5. Eating breakfast is really important for me. Everyday, I wake up early to prepare and enjoy breakfast. In another way, I couldn't pay attention on class. When I skip breakfast, I feel angry and weak. It can seem funny, but it's true. For that reason, taking breakfast daily is part of my routine.

  6. I enjoy to eat breakfast every morning cause I feel more disposed and willing to do my duties during the day. And I also agree that is healthier and affect positively in our feeding. When I don't eat nothing early in the morning I feel weak and in lunch time I eat more that I would eat if I had have eaten breakfast.

  8. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. "Eat your breakfast, share your lunch with a friend and give your dinner to your enemy". I believe in this statement. Breakfast is essential to start a day, and our bodies receive necessary nutrition and energy mostly from breakfast. Skipping breakfast affects our health greatly. I tested on my body. That was bad, bad so bad experience. It affects not only brain, but entire body. I believe that breakfast is important to keep balance in your body.

  9. For my breakfast is not that important. I do not like to eat that early and I thought it wasn't a big deal skip breakfast. But after reading this article I think I'm going to star eating breakfast. Now I know why I always eat high calorie food and this is not good because my body made it in more fat. So, I will eat my breakfast EVERY MORNING!

  10. I think it is important to me to eat breakfast before I leave my house to do something else. If I don't eat breakfast to start my daily schedule, I would feel painful. Therefore, I agree with this article which talks eating breakfast is essential. Randy Lin

  11. I waked up very early everyday just for eat breakfast, it is the most important energy for a full day. Of course skipping the breakfast will affect people's health, because you don't give the body energy in the morning, so the body has to flame itself to afford your activities.

  12. I fully agree. I heard long time ago about relationship between obesity and don’t eat the breakfast. And this article affirms it. I take my breakfast every day, and it helps me to support my daily routine. I know about the importance of this meat because of my own experiences.

  13. Breakfast is the most important meal to me. Breakfast is the meal that gives me the energy that I need to have a productive day. I always try not to skip breakfast because that will make me feel very weak and hungry. I truly believe that skipping breakfast can affect someone's health. When we miss any meal specially breakfast, calorific food will be more appealing to us. Our system will take the amount of calorie that it needs, and it will store the rest, so we will get fat. Getting fat will increase the possibility of having diabetes and high blood pressure. Let's have our breakfast !

  15. This article used many evidences to give the information that skipping breakfast will get more fatty because you will feel more hungry and eat more high calorie.It is not surprising article to me. I knew this long time ago.So I have good eating hobbies.

  16. Eating breakfast is very important to me, especially these two monthes, because I have to go to school. If I don't eat breakfast, I can't stay awake and energetic the whole morning. I think I will pay more attention on eating and what to eat breakfast, after I finish studying at ELC.

  17. I totally agree with the statement. When i was highschool student it was very important to eat breakfast in Korea. It is proved that eating breakfast makes warm up your brain in the morning.

  18. Actually, breakfast is not too important for me. However, these day, I try to eat breakfast because I know eating breakfast is really important to our health. If you don't eat breakfast, it is hard to concentrate on your study or work because you don't have enough energy. In addition, skip breakfast cause surfeit at lunch.

  19. It is true skipping breakfast makes fatty, high calorie foods appear far more attractive later in the day. According to my experience, if I skiped breakfast, I ate too much lunch and then I got stomachache usually. I cannot control to eat the food because my brain seek out the food. So eating vrankfast is very important to me.
