Can they keep these relations between the US army and the Afghans army? I say yes, because only a couple of misunderstandings won't make a war. Taking care about the culture and try to learn more about these little details is what could help this relations between two different countries.

I think there will be able to happen some conflict between the U.S. marine and the Afgan army. However, they need to try understand each other's culture.
