Is that a memorial museum or a touristic museum? I not agree that the government pay to much money to build this, especially when almost all the people go for the amazing structures than for the people who die in this attack. I think the only authorized people to decide if it goes or not are the relatives of the people who die. And if they say no, it's better to respect their decision.
