Eals are nutricious and delicious see food in Asian countries, particularly South Korea and Japan, however they might extinct in near future if people don't do something such as ban to catch adult eels and limit to catch young eels, because eels spawn just once in their lifetime.
ReplyDeleteI think testicles of ox would be very unappealing to others, even for me it is disgusting. I tried once and it is bad. Maybe people like this kind of food in Brazil because brazilians are crazy about meat and barbecues in general.
ReplyDeleteEvery nation has a unique food. In my country, many people prepare and cook beef blood. They find it very delicious. It's so appetizing for them that they'd rather it than the meat itself. Not everybody eats it though. Some people consider it a bad. I think even talking about this might make an American nauseous. No need to talk about eating it. It would be very unappealing for them.
ReplyDeleteIn Korea, Kimchi is the most traditional food. However, its smell is too very strong to eat for foreigners. Most of Korean's meal table has Kimchi everyday. Its spicy and sour taste make Korean enjoy the Kimchi.
ReplyDeleteEels are really good sea food in Korea and Japan. I didn't know eels are in a verge of extinction. I think any regulation about eels is needed. In Korea, there is a unique food that name is sundae. It is really delicious, but I think it is unappetizing because it is made by boiling or steaming cow or pig's intestines that are stuffed with various ingredients. Actually, I don't know why Korean people like this food, but maybe it is really delicious. Also, I love it.

"Rellenas" are a delicious dish made from the pork intestines and stuffed with rice, vegetable and pork meat. I know it is very unappetizing for americans and I only eat this if it is prepared from my Mom.
