  1. I'm sure my mantal health is better than six months ago. Time passed by, people always on progress. What happened in these six months is normal and comfortable for me, But living in another country is always fresh and challengeable. So I'm sure that I'm better now.

  2. My mental health actually is worse than six month ago because I left my hometown, family and friends, every I'm familiar with. Plus, It's a bit of stressful to be a student again and handle almost everything such as food, communication or living goods all by myself. Hoever, I know I'll be fine with that, and I'll get happier and happier.

  3. I believe that my mental health is better and more active than six months ago doing nothing besides church stuff and my hobbies. Mainly, I believe to that homework, the bus, work, church assignments and institute keep my head fresh and with a perfect touch of stress. So that, I feel more organized, quickly, clever, pro-active, creative and energetic.

  5. My mental health is not very good now than six months ago. I feel stressed recently. This is a good topic to release my stress. Before I start venting, I apologize posting my private issues. I'm thinking about too much my future and it makes me worry a lot. I have too many questions in my head and I don't have answers yet. I have to make some decisions and act fast as soon as possible. But I can't decide yet. Time is ticking, and I feel more pressure. I'm watching the time almost every other minute. Because of all this stress, my body is reacting unhealthy. I have some symptoms that the article mentioned such as headache, irritability, mood swings (I'm angry easily recently, and also complain many times), lack of motivation, plus allergy. In addition I'm gaining weight. I noticed that when I'm exhausted, I gain some weight. I have more and more things to write, but this comment is too long already.

  6. Really my mental health is worst than 6 months ago, it is because six months ago I was not studying anything and basically, the unique thing that I use to did was to go to the gym and go to hang out with my friends. Now i have bunch of homework and a lot of staff to do everyday. Also I have to work and it makes me really tired everyday.

  7. Exercising, spending time with my family/friends, listening my favorite music, or dancing are been my best resources to have a good mental health, but sometimes I feel stressful. Specially when I am adapting to a new change in my life as now. I feel my mental health is worse than six months ago because I'm getting used to my new routine, but one factor that has helped me to survive is "my to do list" where I write all my responsibilities, appointments, and assignments. My to do list is my best friend to achieve my goals day by day, and maintain my mind healthily.

  8. My mental healthy is much better than 6 moths before.I have been studying so that I can get more and more knowledge that manage my life much easy than before.I agree that we spend many time for stress and waste time.If we focus on one thing,we really can do very well, but it is so hard for me. I try my best to manage myself since I know I have ADHD problem. It is really tough for me to make everything goes well, at least, I know the methods to rescue my troubles.

  11. Sincerely, I think that my mental healthy is worse in comparison to 6 moths ago and Why?, is the question. Because Utah has few facilities and public services, it was a shock to me. When I lived in Spain, I used to use public transportation a lot of times every day, but in Utah it is so different. This situation caused me a huge stress, also my daughter loves Europe and doesn't like Utah. But this is a time of adaptation.

  12. We all are submitted to stress everyday. Some people are more stressed out than others. However, some of them have better stress management. We can be stressed out without noticing it. The key point is to know ourselves and to realize when we are facing this issue so that we can look for help. In doing so,we will avoid its harmful consequences in our entire health system.

  13. To be honest my mental health it worse compared 6 months ago. Now that I'm on my own, I need to care about more things. Also, I'm planning to attend to BYU in April. I have to do a lot of papers and prepared for two test that are very complex, and at the same time I'm attending to the ELC that required a lot of time for homework. My mental health is not that good than before, this doesn't means I'm crazy it just I'm stressed and with a lot of pressure in my head. To many things to do in this short time.

  14. I don't think so. Six months ago, I was studying and working. Now,even if I don't have a job, I have lots of things to do, such as cleaning the house, laundry, cooking, manage all the things that I need to buy in the grocery story and, of course, a bunch of homeworks to do. So, yes, I'm more stressed than before.

  17. I believe my 'mental health' is better now than six months ago because I can talk to people more. First, I moved in shard room from private room so I talked to my roommate everyday. I also started to work at the JFSB so I can talk to my partners. In my opnion coversation is good way to relieve my stress. I can talk to them with my problems so my nental health is better even though I still stressful.
