  1. I agree with the studies that show what I read, because for me sometimes when I feel that something is wrong with my weight, the first thing that I do is to skip some meal, because I feel, f I don't eat, I will lose wight but that is wrong because we can know now that is better if you go to the gym o f something like that, but dont skip some meal. because you are doing a bad thing for your brain and for your health.

  2. ''You are what you eat" This is my favorite quote. I think eating habits represent my general health. I've read that 60% of all deseases are caused by wrong eating habits. This article is a one example of it that food trigers brain damage. Sharing my experience on this article, after I eat heavy and high calorie food, I feel tired and lazy. Also I am not willing to do anything and I feel my brain is going to shut down. That is, I'm sleepy for a while. In generally, people should eat everyday fresh and have right amount of calories daily, so that their brains work actively, farther more they live long and healthy.

  4. This article is really interesting to me. I didn't know that food can affect our mental. This article said the higher calories causes MCI that means Mild Cognitive Impairment. Actually, I have eaten high calorie foods everyday since I came to America. Now I worry about my mentally health more than body health...

  5. This article said that if someone eats a lot, you might have some health problems. It also told that if you want to be healthy conditions, you should start good eating habits. I think that’s true. I totally agree. Especially, my mother always says that, “ If you eat a lot, you are getting stupid. Stop it!” Actually, when I was children hood, I was fat. That’s why she said that. I don’t know exactly connecting those opinions that they said. When I was child, I was supposed to be stupid just little bit. I couldn’t move very fast, and I couldn’t think fast too. I’m not sure those opinions, but one of the most important thing is overeating is not good.

  7. In Taiwan (maybe in whole Asia), people believe what you eat can make you become smarter or stupider. Therefore, this news is quite interesting to me that science research support the "Wise old saying" of my country. I use to eat more vegetables and fish, and limit the calories I eat. And I feel my diet can keep my brain stay young and flexible.

  8. This article mainly talk about the important relationship between human brain and their daily eating.
you will suffer MCI in elderly age if you eating too much. So eating just right can keep your brain healthy. I agree the author because I always keep a good eating habit. Eating too much is easy to get tired for me. I think our healthy connect closely with our food.

  10. I had heard something very similar, perhaps, 20 years ago. I think that a lot of diseases have their origin in bad eat habits. When I was young, I suffered stomach disorders because my food had many calories. I have seen several people with brain injures and bad eating habits in the same time. Actually, this is a topic about million of people around the world.

  11. Eating habits and health are completely related. The better eating habits a person has, the longer and better quality of life they will have, especially the brain’s health. I am very aware of the importance of eating right. Every morning I drink a shake made with filtered water, blueberries, bananas, grapes, oats, raw fiber, protein powder and almonds. I eat my vegetables and fruits but I’m still trying to eat less sweets. I have been noticing that when I lower the consumption of high calorie foods , my ability to concentrate increases as well as my energy levels.

  12. I never paid attention on this topic before. I mean, I never realized that what I eat can affect my brain. Never.
So, I can't tell how I feel about my mental abilities when I eat lots of calories or when I eat just a few calories. But I agree with the article.
