This article talked about America economics. There were two transportation industry. First is trucking. Trucks carry a lot of freight, so the rate the amount of freight by truck is going up. However, air freight is getting decrease. As a result, economists can not predict future economic growth easily.

I agree with this proof of economy recovery, and I think that American economy is going up now. But I think the best way to fix the bad economy and get a continuable development is innovation, especially the technological innovation.
ReplyDeleteWe can predict the growth rate of the economy by observing the transportation industries such as trucking, air freight, tourism and the hotel business. Not all transportation industries have the same growth rate. For example the trucking industry is in a slow growth recovery but air freight is decreasing. So we can not predict whether the economy is doing good or bad exactly. I think the economy is related to the transportation industry.
ReplyDeleteI agree this is proof that the economy is improving. If the economy is falling, people will spend less money but spend more. Therefore, I believe the increase of freight or goods carry is a good sign of economy start to arise.
ReplyDeleteTalk about the best way to fix bad economy. I think the first thing a government needs to do is try to avoid some company take their employees’ advantage, for example, decrease their salary or increase their working time.

Although this article talks about some economic experts think the U.S. economy is growing, I hardly believe that statement. I just feel gas prices are so high and the American national debt is tremendous. I think the U.S. should create a friendly business environment, so more jobs can be created.
ReplyDeleteYes, I really think that it is a proof that the economy is improving because those kind of stuff show us like how the consumers are increasing their consumption, also we can see that it is really good for the economy to have a good average in their incomes. I want to mean that if the people spend more money it mean that the economy is growing, but if people spend less money, it means that the economy is decreasing. The best way to fix a bad economy is saving money, and the government help the citizens giving them subsidies that help them with the stuff that they need, and to give some money to the parts of the economy that have been affected for this phenomenon.

They are getting nervous when tonnage starts to fall. In opposite, they are happy if tonnage starts to go up. When I was reading the article, I think similar situations in my country. I guess we have same things. We have transport industry, too. They have also strong affection about Korean economy. I don’t know exactly, but as you would see we could predict our economy through them.

ReplyDeleteI feel that the US economy is going better little by little but there is a lot of things to change and get better because there is a lot of people that don't have a job right now and that they are just surviving by the government. I think that if they stop giving money to that people and start looking for ways to find a job for them it will be more productive in this country

In opinion of experts and analysts, this kind of business have been experimenting an increase in last years, especially, about goods and freight transportation. The best way to fix a bed economy, in my opinion, is give more prerogatives to the government, in order to regulate the free market.

I hope the next report on air freight shows some increases instead of decreases, also trucking transportation and air passenger travel keep growing as they are or even more. That way we would have a more promising future.
